Workforce Athletics (WFA) offers premium sports programs with turnkey services that allow Employee-athletes to develop leadership skills, bond with coworkers, and facilitate collaboration. WFA partnered with Tractorbeam to develop their core brand and league architecture to help recruit Bay area companies to play ball.

Our challenge was to emphasize teamwork among companies and their employees, and to illustrate the high-quality standard and care Workforce Athletics gives its employee-athletes. Beer leagues who?

Inspired by victory poses big and small, the collaboration that comes from sport, and the precise gridlines of a playing field or court, the brand gives a nod to the world of sports and the players who give it their all every game.

While working with WFA, their sports programs attracted over 30 leading companies, created three all skill-level leagues, and expanded into Soccer, Basketball, and Volleyball. All generating a sense of company pride and inspiring a new type of team work.
