Account Director
Role Overview:
The Account Director role serves as a leader on several of Tractorbeam’s brand clients, managing and overseeing all aspects of clients’ creative projects. This individual will guide client satisfaction and partner directly with creative and strategy teams to ensure the highest quality, strategically-sound work that delivers on client objectives.
Tractorbeam is a brand strategy, creative, and marketing agency serving the retail, hospitality, and technology industries. We are a group of branding experts that function with high energy and high expectations.
Note: Only candidates with previous experience in a branding, advertising or a creative agency will be considered. Only candidates within the Dallas area will be considered.
Role Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as lead contact for all client communications for assigned accounts
- Oversee multiple creative projects or work streams (for print or digital projects) with concurrent timelines and deliverables
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure the highest quality, strategically sound work that delivers on client objectives
- Develop strategic and creative briefs, and present materials internally and to the client
- Conduct status meetings to discuss problems, opportunities, and work in progress
- Create and own timelines, identifying key milestones and checkpoints
- Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with clients
- Develop and help refine client presentations
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ of creative agency work-related experience
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Strong written and verbal skills
Salary & Benefits:

- Base starting salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Account Executive
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Account Supervisor, the Account Executive is responsible for project management and ongoing support for one of Tractorbeam’s largest accounts.
Note: Only candidates with previous experience in a branding, advertising or a creative agency will be considered. Only candidates within the Dallas area will be considered.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage execution of creative development and production elements for a focused account serving a major corporate electronics brand

Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously while managing priorities of each

Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with clients
-
Work with Account Supervisor to manage client and internal meetings
-
Collaboratively partner with creative team to kick-off projects and convey client feedback
-
Develop and own project calendars as action plan for internal teams to meet client deadlines

Work with Account Supervisor to ensure project briefs are clearly defined

Assist the creative team in gathering necessary assets including copy and photography

Develop and help refine client presentations

Respond promptly to all client and internal requests
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in account or project management in an agency setting

Demonstrated good client service practices
-
Working knowledge of project management tools (preferably Wrike)

Strong design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment

Highly organized and process-oriented with critical attention to detail

Experience with print and digital production processes

Brand Strategist
Role Overview:
Location: Dallas Preferred / Remote OK
Reports to: Senior Brand Strategist, Chief Strategist
Experience Level: 2-3 years of brand strategy experience, agency side
We’re looking for creative thinkers, writers, researchers, idea-mullers, and perfect-word finders to join our team as Brand Strategist. This role will work with the broader creative team to help launch new brands and reposition existing ones. You will assist with strategy, research, competitive audits, and messaging on various projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assemble client workshop presentations
- Conduct audience research and craft customer profiles
- Create and present brand strategy presentations alongside the design team
- Guide content strategy for client marketing materials across various platforms
- Contribute copywriting for deliverables when needed
- Conduct and assist with brand audits and competitive analysis
- Research and identify cultural trends that may impact a client’s business, through studies, online articles, social media, and moments in pop culture.
Interests & Experience:
- A strong writer and creative thinker
- Comfortable using research to identify important themes and come up with unique insights.
- Familiar with pop culture, news, and the direct-to-consumer (DTC) landscape
- Comfortable thinking conceptually and creatively; a willingness to share ideas openly
- Enthusiastic and able to contribute at any given stage throughout the process; can pitch in wherever help is needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Agency experience is a plus but not required

Copywriter – Contract
Role Overview:
Location: Remote
Agency: Tractorbeam
Client: National Electronics Brand
Tractorbeam is seeking an experienced copywriter (contract) to join our team for various upcoming projects. This role will be responsible for actively writing copy for multiple brands within a parent brand portfolio across a range of marketing channels, working as part of a larger creative team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate inclusively and openly with multi-disciplinary teammates and clients
- Explore widely and independently, generating a wide range of directions
- Dive into understanding a client’s business and customer needs

Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is dedicated to the execution of Tractorbeam client campaigns, which includes strategy, creation, and ongoing optimization of organic and paid campaigns. In addition, the role will be responsible for executing client reports, data analysis, and ad hoc reports.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing ongoing support to the digital marketing managers
- Reporting and data analysis
- Optimizing paid search campaigns
- Implementing SEO tactics

Paid Media Manager
Role Overview:
The Paid Media Manager is dedicated to the execution of Tractorbeam client campaigns, which includes strategy, creation, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns and initiatives
- Create and implement paid media strategies
- Create, manage, and optimize social media paid campaigns
- Analyze data to create reports and optimization strategies based on findings
- Assist in developing media plans and proposals for new business

Gatsby/Jamstack Developer
Role Overview:
Tractorbeam is looking for a web developer with an emphasis on React/Gatsby to build and manage client websites. The ideal candidate has an appreciation for design, user experience, and SEO.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with design team to build and launch Gatsby websites
- Detailed knowledge of Javascript, tailwindcss, HTML, and Figma
- Knowledge of Node.js, Javascript, and Headless cms’ preferred
- Experience with Prisma, WordPress, and Netlify is a plus.
- Maintain pixel perfection from design to development
- Maintains ongoing web maintenance projects
- Provides ongoing technical support
