How do you transform an 800-acre, single-family farm into a miniature city with 2500 residential lots? By portraying a rich family history to a new generation of families. Phillips Creek Ranch has seen a lot in its 85 years. Our mission was to help prospective homebuyers see the history alongside their own futures.

We paid homage to the original brand identity and history, casting it in a light that compels and engages a modern audience. We also told the story via web and drove homebuyers in the surrounding areas to reach out, make a visit, and buy their new home.
